Empress Maria-Theresia in gold-embroidered green dress with frilled white sleeves, gold tiara in powdered hair
enamel on copper, mounted on the lid of a gold-lined tortoiseshell snuff box
oval, 1 3/16 in. (30 mm.) high; and a noble lady, facing left in blue dress trimmed with ermine and lace, wearing pearl earrings, necklace and pearls in her upswept hair (Circle of Peter Boy, circa 1690)
