Mid-18th Century, probably originally without decoration
The serpentine faux marble top with a moulded edge above two drawers painted with floral sprays and garlands, on cabriole legs, one stencilled twice to the underside 'M TORINO IMPOSTE CONSUMO... Allestr. MILANO'(?), the other commode with one drawer with remains of Italian transit label, redecorated, the drawers restored and with walnut mouldings under the decoration
