A RARE THOMASON 1802 PATENT BRONZE BARREL RATCHET CORKSCREW,
with ratchet located in the top of the wood handle (lacking badge, solder mark remaining), wire helix. N.B. The domed screw cap is missing and a plate is soldered in its place in which there is a hole in the centre, the pivot of the ratchet moves upwards through a hole in the centre and does not always function.
