Of serpetine form, the rim, shoulder and lower body moulded with stiff leaf tips alternately outlined in brown and green, the shoulder moulded and painted in iron-red and green with a flowering vine, the body with pilaster forming panels, the central panel of one side moulded and painted in brown and green with an American Eagle holding a berried laurel branch in its mouth, the other side with a flower
