Each side enamelled with a large scene after the well-known hunt paintings by English artist James Seymour, on the sides Chinese hunting vignettes in colors and iron-red landscape panels, all on an iron-red, black and gilt 'Y'-patterned ground, the interior with an elaborate border above a roundel showing a hunter on foot with his hounds
