Of rectangular form, the exterior with inset brackets at the angles, the cover interior with brass plaque inscribed FROM APOTHECARIES HALL, the divided interior with fifteen stoppered bottles (some associated), a drawer beneath divided and containing further bottles, a set of brass scales and weights, and other implements -- 10¾in. (27.3cm.) wide
