The rectangular-cut emeralds weighing respectively 9.02, 6.01, 4.66 and 4.04 carats
With certificates of the Netherlands Gemmological Laboratory, dated 20/12/01, numbered E14014, E 14012, E14016 and E 14018, stating that the emeralds are of Colombian origin and the clarity is enhanced by resin. Extent of enhancement: the 9.02 carats: significant; 6.01 carats minor; 4.66 carats moderate; 4.04 carats minor. (4)
Special notice
Christie's charges a Buyer's premium calculated at 20.825% of the hammer price for each lot with a value up to €90,000. If the hammer price of a lot exceeds €90,000 then the premium for the lot is calculated at 20.825% of the first €90,000 plus 11.9% of any amount in excess of €90,000. Buyer's Premium is calculated on this basis for each lot individually.
