A Peking opaque white glass two-colour overlay snuff bottle
19th Century
of rounded form, carved through the green and pink overlay with scrolling dragons within bi discs below a band of stiff leaves around the neck, the sides with lion-mask and fixed-ring handles, stopper -- 3¼in. (8.2cm.) high; a Peking glass five-colour overlay bottle carved with flowering prunus branches, stopper -- 3in. (7.6cm.) high; a Peking opaque brown glass and green overlay bottle of flattened rectangular shape carved with archaic bronze-style vessels, red glass stopper -- 3in. (7.6cm.) high; and a opaque white glass bottle of pear shape painted with ladies in garden scenes -- 2½in. (6.3cm.) high, (minor nibbles).
