(Last leaf torn with loss but present in facsimile, wormholes, heavier at beginning, title soiled, a few fore-margins reinforced, A3-6 slightly shorter at lower margin.) Modern vellum. Provenance: numerous annotations -- ?Tadsau, Collegiate Church (17th-century inscriptions).
