HAMILTON, William (1730-1803). Collection of Engravings from Ancient Vases mostly of Pure Greek Workmanship discovered in Sepulchres in the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. Naples: Guillaume Tischbein, 1791. Volume One only (of 4), 2° (495 x 370mm). Text in English and French, 2 engraved titles, 62 engraved plates only (?of 63, lacking plate no. one, some mainly marginal spotting and staining). Contemporary morocco-backed boards (rubbed, head and foot of spine worn).
