Levels: five very top, four top and one mid shoulder
A bottle tasted in the cellar at the time of cataloguing showed beautifully. Still with good color, mature and very clean. A classic Pauillac nose, muscular yet soft and refined, hints of ripe currant.
Dry, leathery, and full bodied; showing rich warm currants, perfect weight. Excellent length. A great drinking wine. The owners desribed it quite simply as "the best". DW
