Beaune Clos des Mouches blanc is, of course, a standard-bearer for the firm, and mature vintages can take on the weight, complexity and length of flavour of old Bâtard-Montrachet. Drouhin dominates the holdings in this vineyard, which marches alongside the Pommard boundary. AH
