A FRENCH ORMOLU-MOUNTED TULIPWOOD TABLE EN PUPITRE
Of Louis XV style, late 19th 20th Century
The hinged quarter-veneered top centred by a lobed medallion, with a book-rest lip at the front edge, above a leather-lined slide and a drawer to the side, mounted with pierced foliate angle casts with cabochons, on slender cabriole legs, terminating in foliate sabots
26½ in. (67.5 cm.) high; 17 in. (43 cm.) wide; 11¼ in. (28.5 cm.) deep
