A FAMILLE ROSE SEMI-EGGSHELL SOUP-PLATE
Circa 1730-40
Enamelled at the centre with four figures wading through water holding fishing nets and baskets below a continuous scene at the everted rim depicting fishermen and a lady and child with a basket of fish, the reverse with three sprays of prunus, rose and poppy, underside chips
8¼ in. (21 cm.) diam.
