One of oak, the other of mahogany, both of rectangular form with moulded tops, with apertures beneath showing date, the tambours opening onto stationery racks within, the sloping fronts opening as writing slopes, the drawers below with brass swing handles, the mahogany box with brass plate inscribed PRESENTED TO MR JAMES WILSON....MARCH 1899 -- 18¼in.
