With widely flaring sides rising to a gently everted rim, covered on the interior with a blackish glaze streaked in russet with 'hare's fur' markings thinning at the rim to transparent brown, the exterior covered with a somewhat matte russet glaze falling to just above the shallow foot ring and with black tears draining from the mouth rim
