Qianlong seal mark and of the period (1736-1795)
Decorated on the interior with a single dragon and on the exterior with nine dragons, all executed in penciled underglaze blue and highlighted in iron-red against a background of froth-capped waves, the dragon frieze on the exterior below a band of conjoined cash, all within double-line borders
