Mark of Albert Gaillard, Haarlem, 1744, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of 1795 for Haarlem
Shaped oblong, on four bun feet, the body chased and engraved with foliage, scalework and tassel panels, the hinged cover with chased flowerhead, the rim with four applied shells, marked on base
