Tasting note: When Bruno Prats first took over the direction of this Château, the old Mantre de Chai used to say to him every vintage "Cos stands for Couleure, Odeur, Saveur." All these elements are on full display in this classic vintage: the colour is an impressive, purple-red, the odour combines blackcurrant with cedary spiciness, and the palate has complex savours of great richness with a round and long-lasting aftertaste.
