Of blonde tortoiseshell, applied with gold laurel-leaf wreaths surmounted by rose-cut diamond tied ribbons, fully marked, in a later box stamped 'LaCloche Frères, Paris'

It is not unusual to have Fabergé items in simmilar fitted cases stamped LaCloche. After closing the London branch in November 1915, part of the remaining stock was acquired by the French firm LaCloche Frères.
