the globular body with a spreading foot and a slender tapering neck, cut with grape vine and fruit motifs, the stopper spirally fluted and with grape vine and leaf motifs, heightened by blue enamel, shading to white, each piece with a monogram - 30.5cm. (12in.) high.

As the last World's Fair of the nineteenth century, the Columbian exposition was an important occasion to promote American design and creativity. Tiffany & Co. created lavish displays of their finest silver in an effort to outshine their competetion and promote their unique style.
