the oval base with a gadrooned rim, supported on four panel feet, with a reeded loop handle and an oval thumbpiece, engraved with initials, supports two openwork bases for the blue glass bottles, each with a silver cover and a central cylindrical taperstick - 14.5cm. (5¾in.), weight of silver 4oz.
