An Anglo-Indian square ivory games board
Thornhill Bond Street London mark, 19th Century
comprising sixty-four square studded panels each carved with cylindrical wells, alternating squares stained with three incised circles, within a banded frame, mounted on twin wood panels -- 30½in. (77.5cm.) wide, (wooden panels warped and split, several studs lost, splits, old wear).
