A RARE PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE ALTAR TAZZA AND FRUIT OFFERINGS
GILT QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARKS AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)

Each tall stem-dish is decorated with multi-coloured lotus sprays on a turquoise ground, divided by dragon-form flanges detailed in gilt on an iron-red ground, the dish and faux-bois base similarly adorned with flower sprays, a detachable cluster of four naturalistically moulded peaches and another of four pomegranates sit within each dish (dish restuck, flanges restored, nick to one foot rim)
Tazza 6 1/2 in. (16.7 cm.) high; peaches, 3 in. (7.5 cm.) high; pomegranates, 3 1/8 in. (8.3 cm.) high (2)
