Three German fayence tankards
1750-1785
Painted in colours, comprising: a Thüringen dashed in manganese-red, painted in colours with a gardener flanked by flower motifs, the raised flat pewter cover inscribed FGK 1750 FGL, with loop handle (thumbpiece missing), 20.5 cm. high; a Proskau with a harlequin playing the flute, with raised flat pewter cover connected with a ball thumbpiece to the loop handle (cracks), 22.2 cm. high; a probably Dorotheenthal painted with a continuous scene of Oriental figures in a garden with architectural structures, 17.7 cm. high (3)
