The stele is carved in ajour with the sun god Surya, standing on a lotus on a base, both hands holding lotuses, wearing dhoti, boots, bejewelled, his face with serene expression, aquiline nose, smiling lips, elongated earlobes with ear rings, high conical shaped kiritamakuta, flanked by Danda and Pingala and other divinities
