Circa 1810
Commemorating Sir Francis Burdett's arrest and commital to the Tower of London, printed with a portrait of the M.P., half length, holding a scroll titled 'Magna Carta', titled, in a laurel, inscribed to the reverse and below the spout, the neck painted in shades of black with a band of leaves (chip to spout)
