The circular section bowl with two applied leaf capped handles, further applied with foliate buttresses, raised on a spreading foot, overall decorated with ribbon tied reed motifs and robust leaves, centring the engraved inscription Presented to Mr. & Mrs. Gannis on the occasion of their leaving Gordonbush as a token of esteem by the people of Clyne Sutherland 16th May 1914
