Comprising of two tilt top D-ends and one additional leaf, each D-end on a turned shaft with a tripod base, cabriole legs and pad feet, alterations and two further associated leaves, stamped once to each D-end 'H.GOULD'

Lot Essay

There is an Henry Gould listed in 'Dictionary of English Furniture Makers 1660 - 1840' at 78 Gracechurch St, London from 1782 to 1795 as an upholsterer. At the same time William Gould, a cabinet maker, upholder, glass grinder and looking glass manufacturer was trading from the same address.
