A RARE ART DECO JASPER, MOTHER-OF-PEARL AND DIAMOND VANITY CASE, BY VAN CLEEF & ARPELS
Designed as a rectangular jasper case, the front applied with a mother-of-pearl inlay panel depicting an Oriental landscape with red enamel trim and rose-cut diamond detail, to the seed pearl push-piece opening to reveal a fitted mirror, covered compartment and lipstick holder, circa 1925, 6.5 x 4.5 x 1.7 cm, with French assay mark for gold
