+ Lots sold by VAT registered Vendor to whom the Margin Scheme does not apply, and subject to a particular agreement respect to other daggered lots. The hammer price is VAT 20% inclusive. The premium is 24% on the net hammer price (net of VAT) of the first €110.000,00 and 18.5% on net hammer price (net of VAT) for any amount in excess of €110.000,00. The VAT 20% is also to be paid on the premium. The VAT included in the hammer price is refundable with proof of exportation of the purchase outside of the EU within 3 months of the sale date.
