Mark of François M. Simons, The Hague, 1792, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of 1893-1906
Comprising: an oval teapot with scroll wooden handle and finial, detachable flat cover; a vase-shaped milk jug with helmet spout and high handle and an oval sugar basin with flat hinged cover and ring handle, each with fluted sides, beaded rims and an engraved band of foliage on cover and spout, inscribed monogram, marked on base
