Mark of Jacobus Kamphuis, Leiden, 1791, tray mark of Fa. W.J. Voet & Zonen, Haarlem, 1911 also struck with retailer's mark of W. Voet en Zonen
Of rectangular and circular form, each with hinged cover, engraved with three bands of geometrical forms, beaded rims, the later rectangular tray with similar decoration, marked on base
