Of baluster form, the body embossed and chased with a lower band of tassels, C-scrolls and trelliswork, a mid fluted band and a leaf upper band, double scroll handle with beaded rim, shaped finial and bone inselators, shaped partly fluted spout, detachable domed conforming cover with baluster finial, marked on base
