Circa 1810, crown, crossed batons and D marks in iron-red
En suite with the Chelsea originals and similarly decorated to the preceding (one with a minute crack to footrim, and slight flaking to gilding to rim)

A bill and receipt in the archives at Longleat dated 5th June 1809 and 3rd July 1810, from Duesbury and Kean, Derby China Warehouse, Old Bond Street, London, records: '..two dessert plates with birds in the centre and blue ground, chased in gold, two similar with birds in three compartments...two blue and gold desert plates with birds in the centre...'
