Cooper Bristol 2 litre Grand Prix racing car - A good scale model of the F1/F2 type single-seater machine made famous by such drivers as Mike Hawthorn, Bob Gerard and Alan Brown for example, engineer-built having a ladder-frame chassis with fully working transverse-leaf and wishbone suspension, telescopic shock-absorbers,Cooper cast alloy wheels with rubber tyres, dashboard detail, leather bucket seat, hand-beaten aluminium body with detachable bonnet, twin-exhaust, mesh grille and distinctive long air-intake nacelle to bonnet-top; originally conceived as a pylon-racer, it would appear never to have been fitted with a motor, being for display purposes only; minor paint loss and seat leather distressed.
