A Sèvres style gilt-metal-mounted vase and cover
Circa 1895, imitation Sèvres mark
Painted with a vignette of a maiden, wearing a loose pink drape, attended by two putti, the reverse with embracing putti, signed E. Collot, the neck, cover and foot with raised gilt vignettes of trophies and flowers on an irridescent pale-green ground, the handles cast as winged putti, the lower section cast and pierced with a band of stiff leaves, the base supported by four hoof feet (some light rubbing)
