A Berlin (K.P.M.) cabinet cup and saucer
The saucer dated 1832, blue sceptre marks
Of waisted form with richly-gilt serpent handles, paw feet and interior, painted with figures strolling in farmland in a wooded landscape, with towers in the distance, within a gilt rectangular panel between beeded lines, the saucer inscribed Den 21TEN May 1832 (minute chip to rim of saucer, some rubbing to the gilding and scratching generally)
