Underglaze-blue Wanli six-character mark within a double circle and of the period (1573-1619)
The circular vessel divided into six petal-shaped compartments surrounding a seventh floral compartment in the centre, painted and enamelled with various emblems and auspicious objects including fans and baskets of flowers, conch shells and double gourds, the exterior similarly decorated with 'precious objects', rim ground
