A PAIR OF LOUIS XVI CREAM-PAINTED FAUTEUILS

Each with a guilloche-carved frame, the arched beaded back, arm-rests, squab cushion and bowfront seat covered in purple and red-striped material, with arm-supports carved with acanthus, on turned tapering fluted legs, headed by rectangular patera panels, one stamped twice 'J B BOULARD', the other stamped once and indistinctly stamped, later blocks
