An Anglo-Indian sadeli veneered miniature cabinet on chest, probably mid 19th century
The sandalwood carcass inlaid overall with ivory, metals and ebony in geometric hexagonal patterns, the upper section with undulating cresting, fluted columns flanking double doors opening to pigeon holes above and below one long drawer, the lower section with conforming columns and moulded edges, the two short and three long drawers with brass locks stamped LEVER, later handles and bun feet
