AN ANGLO-INDIAN PADOUK GAMES-TABLE
Early 19th Century
The rounded rectangular twin-flap top banded in satinwood edged with ebony and bone lines, the central reversable and removable panel, with chess-board to the reverse and enclosing a removable backgammon board inlaid with lozenges of bone and ebony, above a hardwood-lined frieze drawer on rectangular end supports with panelled bases, with downswept legs and brass leaf wrapped caps and castors
