A Moghul style celadon jade leaf form box and cover
18th century
with glass inset gilt metal finial, the compartmented interior containing two enameled containers and three covers decorated in blue, green and red enamels with stylised flower sprays, the jade carved with bands of leaf scrolls to the rims, gilt metal rim mount to cover -- 4in. (10.2cms) long, (one container with lower section missing to interior).
