A fine late 19th-Century grey enamelled and lacquered-brass pocket sighting instrument,
signed L. Casella Maker to the Admiralty & Ordnance LONDON 174 comprising a glazed drum with an axis through the centre, one side with a freely moving pierced disc, graduated around the circumference in degrees, the other side with a compass ring with a jewelled cap, each side with a clamp and brass button on top of the drum, with a two-draw lacquered-brass telescope with dust cap, contained in the original fitted and plush-lined leather-covered case -- 6 1/8in. (15.5cm.) wide
