A Berlin green ground tete-a-tete
Circa 1785, blue sceptre marks
Painted in shades of sepia with vignettes of classical figures on a pink ground within gilt roundels, the rim reserved and gilt with an egg-and-dart border, comprising: a coffee-pot and cover, a teapot and cover, a milk-jug and cover, a cylindrical sugar-box and cover and two coffee cans and saucers (coffee-pot and milk-jug with crack to top of handle, one coffee-cup with two filled rim chips, small enamel flakes to teapot cover, some areas of rubbing to gilding)
