The first circa 1825, the second circa 1820
The first signed 'Jno Jones & Co. Improved Percussion' and fitted with engraved cylindrical priming magazine with a vent at its base opened by a sprung plunger; the second a left-hand lock stamped on the inside '107 R Patent' (priming mechanism incomplete)
