Of sarcophagus form, the cover and front inset with brass cauliculi and floral decoration overall, the ends with foliate cast handles rising from Bacchic masks, on paw feet with anthemion srests, the interior later fitted as a humidor -- 17in. (43.2cm.) wide overall
