Circa 1830, blue sceptre mark, Dreher's ///, Pressnummer 06(?) and painter's line in blue enamel
The centre painted with Hannibal. named in black script on the reverse talking to his wife and family outside a tent of purple drapery in a mountainous landscape within a gilt oval cartouche, the pale apricot scrolling border with gilt paterae and foliage between gilt line rims (some retouching to gilding)
