The dial signed Thos:Power:de:Wellingborow Hoc:Fabricavit in the centre with tulip engraving, lacking alarm disc, narrow brass chapter ring with Roman numerals, single pierced blued steel hand, the movement with verge escapement and countwheel strike on a bell above, lacking alarm train and backplate, pierced and engraved front gallery fret, plain side frets, later doors - 15½in. (39.5cm.) high
