BARBARA KEON PERSONALLY OWNED 'CONTINUITY OUTLINE'
1938
A forty-four page document with a light-blue cover having a typed title of "Gone with the Wind" Continuity Outline, a date of December 3, 1938 and an ownership name of Barbara Keon (who was listed in both the film and program credits as 'Scenario Assistant'). Used to denote the order of the film scene by scene, this document references corresponding GWTW book pages and edits the text down to brief notes such as Country Road (Book pgs. 787-789) Attempted Rape by white man -- and rescue by Big Sam and Bedroom (Book p. 940) Rape (by Rhett). Interestingly, it ends with a simple notation reading Into Bonnie's death, etc. as a later, more detailed continuity outline likely replaced this early version.
